Monday Evening Guest

The Neumanns came to dinner tonight. I'm too tired to write something meaningful so I'm saving that for a future post. For now I'll just say: good times with good people and chicken enchiladas and chocolate cake! What a sweet and encouraging time with such dear people. :-)

And shortly after they left we heard a sound outside the door and found this little friend searching for some dinner scraps.
I wish I could have video taped Andree's battle with the raccoon. It involved much running and scurrying from both parties as well as a bottle of bathroom cleaner with bleach. I love my husband and the creative ways he finds to defend our home.
